Full Time Office/Clerical Position

We are currently looking for an energetic, self-motivated individual to work in the central accounting department at Kocourek Ford. Candidates must possess excellent communication skills, organizational skills and be able to perform in a fast-paced business environment. Thiscandidate will be responsible for different facets of accounts receivable, inventory management, multi-line phone operations, statement reconciliations, processing of time sensitive contracts and vehicle title registrations. This position will be trained in our guest service standards as it is connected to and works as the support staff for all the departments in the dealership. This position has dead lines and must be met for the team to see success every time. This is a full time, Monday-Friday position with hours from 8 am-5 pm.
