A Delivery Specialist s main responsibility is to work with customers who have just purchased a new vehicle to ensure that they understand and are able to effectively use the features on their vehicle. As a Delivery Specialist, it is imperative to provide outstanding customer service for each guest that visits our showroom. First impressions of the dealership are very important. A Delivery Specialist must have excellent organizational skills, strong customer service skills, and impeccable presentation in order to help the dealership achieve profitable sales results and ensuring a high level of customer service. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Assist customers with understanding how to use their cell phone in their vehicle * Assist customers with understanding the features of their new vehicle * Setting and confirming sales appointments with customers * Become product expert and gain knowledge of industry trends and technology * Maintain a professional, positive and energetic attitude * Be able to build solid relationships with your internal and external customers * Ensure that all guests are acknowledged and looked after during their visit SKILLS & EXPERIENCE * Product Knowledge * Excellent Customer Service skills * Problem Solving * Productivity * Strong organizational skills Qualifications: * Valid Michigan Drivers license * Dependable and reliable self starter * Outgoing and energetic personality * Enthusiastic and trustworthy * Strong work ethic * Ability to present personal appearance in professional manner * Ability to work independently and in a fast paced team environment * Must be available to work during normal operating hours of dealership, including Saturdays, however there is flexibility in scheduling
