Job Title: Payroll Clerk/Coordinator Department: Payroll/Human Resources Job Responsibilities: * Process bi-weekly payroll for 400 employees * Entry of new hires * Enter and track employment changes * Maintain check timesheet hours * Calculate payroll checks * Process and track garnishments * Coordinate and maintain benefit enrollments * Complete verifications of employment * Resolve any payroll problems and communicate resolutions to employees/managers Skills Needed * Accuracy * Attention to detail * Organizational skills * Self-starter and be able to work independently * Good customer service skills In addition to opportunities for advancement we offer: * Medical & Dental Plans * 401(k) w/ Company Match * Life Insurance * Work Life Balance
