Esposto s Catering located in the city of South San Francisco is a family owned and operated full-service catering company. We have been in business for over 60 years; Esposto s is here to serve your every catering need for all events.We are currently looking to add to our team of Prep Cooks.-Follow the prep list created by chefs to plan duties-Label and stock all ingredients on shelves so they can be organized and easily accessible-Measure ingredients and seasonings to be used in cooking-Prepare cooking ingredients by washing and chopping vegetables, cutting meat, etc.-Undertake basic cooking duties such as salads, entrees, etc.-Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen-Ensure all food and other items are stored properly-Comply with sanitation guidelines-Perform other kitchen duties as assignedCompensation: $12 - $14+ DOEBenefits: Paid Time Off (PTO), Sick Time, MedicalSchedule: 11:00am 8:00pm
