Customer Service&Clerical - Full-time / Part-time

Sonu Satellite is looking for an experienced full time customer service representative for commercial accounts. We are a nationwide retailer of DirecTV satellite television and SiriusXM music for business services, providing new sales as well as service and support to existing customers. While our business is conducted over the phone, we are not a call center or telemarketers. Calls are business to business and based on customer inquiries. A background in satellite television or radio sales is not required, though previous customer service experience is preferred. Training will be given upon hiring. Positive, self-motivated attitude, basic computer skills and office environment work history are a must. Responsibilities of the CSR position include: Effectively manage incoming calls Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution Keep records of customer interactions using CRM systems Process customer account paperwork and file documents Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies Maintain excellent service standards to retain high customer satisfaction Our hours are Monday -- Friday from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM. Health and retirement benefits are available. New employees must pass a probationary period of 90 days before being eligible for health benefits, and one year for retirement benefit eligibility.
