Epic Ford in Everett is currently hiring and has an immediate opening for an experienced Assistant Service Manager/ Service Advisor. We are rapidly growing and have a unique opportunity for a qualified customer service oriented advisor to join our team. We pride ourselves in giving the best customer service in the industry. Our Service Advisors interact with our customers to build loyalty and trust. This position is on a fast-paced positive service drive that specializes in customer satisfaction. This position will make sure the customers are greeted promptly, follow the repair orders through the shop, keep the customer informed on completion times and make sure all concerns were addressed before the vehicle is picked up. Will need to be detailed oriented and have the ability to work in a team environment. Excellent customer service skills and a great attitude are required. We offer a very competitive pay plan. We are looking for a team player who has experience working with customers in the service drive. This position will be a Commission based position that is driven off your personal success along with the growth of the store.
