Commercial Kitchen Service Technician - Full-time / Part-time

Service Technicians

We are currently seeking customer friendly, detail-oriented technicians for our high volume service branches in Miami. Some technicians work on hot and cold equipment, and some work exclusively on one or the other. Our Technicians repair and maintain commercial kitchen appliances and refrigeration equipment. Typical cooking equipment (gas, steam, and electric) examples: dishwashing equipment, ranges, fryers, steamers, and combi-ovens and more. Typical refrigeration equipment includes: display cases, walk-in coolers, walk-in freezers, chillers, and ice machines. This position services hot as well as cold commercial food equipment.

Participating in an on-call shift and some required overtime is also part of the job. Some travel may be required to help other branches and attend calls at customer locations.

All specialty tools are supplied as well as the company vehicle and phone. Manufacturer-training in our local facility or manufacturer location is provided. In addition, there are tech dedicated parts sales specialists to provide support.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Refrigeration and / or trade certification (preferred).

• Minimum 3 years or equivalent of related experience.

• Valid and current Class E (or better) driver's license.

• Must have current PC and mobile electronics experience.

• Plumber, electrician and HVAC experience would be an asset.
