We are searching for a Project Manager. This position coordinates the production of sold jobs; facilitates communication among the customer, the sales team and the plant. Project Managers handle all aspects of project management for printing and/or mailing projects, including: production coordination, order management, accuracy & tracking and customer contact. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. * Manage all aspects of a project from receipt and order entry through invoicing * Serve as the primary contact for information to both internal and external customers * Provide direction to and coordinate with manufacturing departments * Review and analyze all information on sold job packets and estimates to ensure that complete and accurate information is available to produce the product efficiently and to meet customer needs and requirements * Write up jobs and enter into the workflow system, submitting to the appropriate department, according to job write up standards. Job write up can include various estimate changes based on changing job specifications. * Receive and/or write job specifications from customer or sales team; provide job requirements to estimating team * Schedule and lead project planning meetings with appropriate departments (egg. Pre-Press, Production, Bindery, Fulfillment/ Mailing and Shipping) to ensure successful delivery of projects * Interact with customers to provide subject matter expertise and assistance in producing projects in the most efficient manner * Learn and understand customer needs to provide exceptional levels of customer service, engaging the customer in their relationship with HWI and contributing to continued business and growth with customers * Communicate with sales and customer regarding job status * Coordinate color approvals with customers * Arrange purchase of outside services and/or products when necessary * Investigate customer complaints, promptly verifying specifics and providing timely issue identification and resolution * Printing Project Management experience preferred
