So what will you be doing all day?

You would join us in our Dallas Office as a CX (Building Commissioning) Team Leader working on things like...

• Developing and executing a business plan for Henderson Building Solutions aka HBS - Dallas
• Developing construction management in Dallas
• Being a technical resource and at times a project manager/QA role
• Maintaining 50-70% billable/utilization
• Reviewing time sheets of the staff on HBS in Dallas
• Tracking and coordinating scheduling of projects for the Dallas HBS group
• Holding weekly team meetings to ensure the HBS staff in Dallas are consistently efficient
• Developing and delivering proposals for CM and CX work
• Meeting and maintaining active and healthy client relationships
• Producing and retaining new work to maintain and increase HBS/Dallas workforce
• Participating in industry events to enhance HBS brand awareness
• Working with the VP in Dallas to increase Henderson Engineers' and Building Solutions' position in the Dallas market
• Participating in interviewing new hires
• Assisting in the evaluation and development of current HBS staff in Dallas

We'd love for you to apply for this position if you...

• Have a Bachelor of Science degree in Architectural, Mechanical or Plumbing Engineering from an ABET EAC Accredited Program.
• Possess at least 10-15 years of relevant experience
• Have relevant professional experience with a focus on Healthcare and mission-critical facilities.
• Have Business Development experience
