Automotive Junior Service Advisor (Doylestown)

Keenan Honda of Doylestown has an immediate opening for a Junior Service Advisor. You must have a positive attitude and be able to multitask in a fast paced consumer facing environment. You will need to communicate in a friendly and professional manner over the phone and in person. Acting as the primary point-of-contact, he or she should understand the customer's concerns and manage expectations to provide excellent service. The ideal candidate for this position has automotive knowledge and dealership or repair shop experience. The family-owned atmosphere empowers our team to be passionate in creating service excellence.
