KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Network LAN/WAN to join our KPMG Technology Organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily support on Incidents, problems, tasks and complex projects performed by the Network Operations in support of KPMG's Technology Security team, including interfacing with customers
  • Address any vulnerability threats and KPMG Technology Security findings
  • Perform the installation and testing of all new software releases and fine tunes existing systems. Provide ongoing maintenance for network hardware/software, appliances and vendor coordination
  • Maintain documentation of guidelines and standards for specific technologies
  • Participate in project work and troubleshooting related to KPMG Network Operations
  • Monitor performance levels and trends throughout the KPMG US network to determine quality of service for the entire infrastructure

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of five years progressive experience supporting enterprise network IT infrastructure
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite including Visio for network diagramming and documentation and familiarity with an ITIL environment is preferred
  • Experience with Cisco Routers, IPSec VPN, F5load balancers, Cisco ACS, Riverbed Steelhead appliances, TCP/IP, UDP, DHCP, DNS, MPLS, EIGRP, BGP, HSRP, FTP, SFTP, STP, RSTP, TACACS+, ACS, RADIUS, SNMP, network monitoring and reporting
  • Hands on experience with IP subnetting, Telnet/SSH Clients, Raritan or Terminal Server Remote Access, Service Now Ticket Handling System, COS, VoIP and MPLS technologies, and Cisco network software (COS/IOS), inventory/maintenance tracking and vendor support case handling
