Medical Collection Representative

Harvard Collection Services, Inc. is looking for experienced Medical collectors for our Chicago, Illinois Collection Office. Please review the following requirements before applying for this position: * Prior third party collection experience preferred * The ability to work in a fast paced environment * Able to quickly develop new skills and multitask * Follow instructions for effective telephone debt collections * Have good negotiation skills * Be outgoing and assertive while at the same time maintaining a polite attitude * Seek positive results from every phone call * Bilingual Hours include and are subject to change- two early days from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and two late nights from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm, Fridays 8:00 am to 2:00 pm, and every other Saturday from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm. * Pass a mandatory drug test * Pass a background check Thank you for your interest in this position.
