Handyman Matters is seeking an assistant/ apprentice handyman to join our energetic, growing company. The assistant is an important team member who assists our craftsmen at their job sites on various projects and remodels. He/she must possess a strong will to learn, follow company policies, procedures, practices, and complete all tasks assigned in a timely and professional manner. Handyman Matters seeks individuals who have strong communication skills that enjoy a variety of work and seek personal and professional growth. Equipment- Assistant craftsman should possess basic hand tools. Knowing how to use advanced tools is a plus. Be Presentable: Assistant craftsman must have a professional appearance and be well groomed. Assistant craftsman must pass a background check, drug screen, have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record for use of company vehicle. Assistant craftsman must own a smart phone, basic tools, and have reliable transportation to Westerville. This position will include use of company vehicle most of the time, but some personal use of vehicle will be required and compensated. Candidate must live within 15 miles of Westerville.
