Guest Services Representative - 3rd Shift - Full-time / Part-time

We need energetic and personable management professionals just like you to serve as Guest Services Representatives (GSR). The GSR works, on an on-call basis, the front desk and routine security duties during nights and weekends when the front desk is closed. Job Responsibilities * Check-in guests arriving outside of front desk hours * Respond to guest service calls including safety calls and basic needs (keys, fresh towels, etc.) * Walk the property and parking lot as security presence several times per day * Support and manage guests in the unlikely event of emergency and/or hotel evacuation Job Requirements * Proven track record of and commitment to superb customer service * Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs. * Friendly, outgoing, helpful, knowledgeable personality even in off hours * Strong communication skills
