Auto Sales BDC Telemarketer

We also provide our BDC consultants with those customers in our database that are most likely to trade in their vehicle. Knowledge of Auto Dealer Data Mining tools, such as AUTO ALERT, VEHICLE EXCHANGE, DEALER ACTIVATOR, PEARL SOLUTIONS OR BULLDOG PLUS, but not required. What we offer: * Huge Commission opportunity for vehicles sold * Competitive pay plan includes salary plus commission * Volume Bonus opportunity * Gross Bonus Opportunity. * Tremendous Training Daily and Weekly * Health, Dental, and Vision insurance * Friendly Work Environment * 401(K) * 5 day a week schedule * Flexible Spending Account * Dependent Care FSA Coverage * Direct deposit * Discount program through ADP * Paid time off * Competitive comp * Sales Management Training with 24 month continuous training program * Lunch on Saturdays! * Sundays off! * 5 day work week Responsibilities: * Generally, this is a telemarketing position with limited face to face interaction with customers. * Contacting Internet leads via phone or email * Fielding incoming phone calls to make sales appointments. * Notifying customers VIA PHONE, EMAIL OR TEXT to lower payment and/or their current rate. * Contacting our customers when new rebates are available on vehicles. * Calling, emailing, texting our customers and alerting them to new models. * Calling our customers whose warranty may be expiring. * Achieving daily-weekly and monthly goals and objectives * Making 30-40 outbound calls per hour. * Initiating and Responding to customers with 40-60 emails per day. * Working in a computer based management tool. * Setting a volume of appointments daily. * Following up with customer vehicle inquiries efficiently to maximize opportunities. * Effective working as part of a team. * . Qualifications: * Good verbal and written communication skills. . * Knowledge of Data Mining Tool, such as AUTO ALERT a PLUS! * Knowledge of Vin Solutions CRM a PLUS! * Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook * Time management, prioritization skills, and the ability to multi-task are required * Self-motivated and goal oriented * Ability to hit sales quotas and closing percentages * Must be willing to submit to a drug screen prior to employment * Must have a clean & valid driver s license * Previous phone sales experience preferred * (Auto Alert experience a plus) Hawkinson Nissan Kia is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
