Entry Level Lube Technician

Quick Lane of Boerne is currently looking to fill multiple lube technician openings. Quick Lane of Boerne is a state of the art facility deigned to improve speed and provide the highest customer service in the area. Previous experience in a dealership is preferred but we will offer a hands-on, dedicated training program for individuals to get certifications. Strong team members will be considered for promotion up to main Ford service drive. What We Offer: * Paid training * Paid vacation * Health, dental, vision insurance * 401k * Employee automotive purchase discounts * Ford Motor Company special purchase program RESPONSIBILITIES: * Check and communicate oil level to teammates * Ensure tire pressure for proper inflation * Inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary * Complete vehicle inspection * Install a new oil drain plug and a new oil filter * Clean and lubricate fittings as needed Qualifications: * Good knowledge of automobiles * Effective communication skills * Basic computer skills * Should be able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment * High School Diploma or GED * Technical degree preferred * ASE certifications preferred * Minimum of 6 months working in an automotive environment * Ability to lift 50 pounds * Ability to work on your feet for extended periods of time * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Positive, friendly attitude * Basic tools including impact wrench
