                        • Technical/Mechanical AptitudeWe are a leading service provider with the highest of quality of standards for repair and customer satisfaction. We are leading the way with technology for our customers that not only exceed their expectations, but also provide them the highest skilled professional service technicians and service experience possible.A typical day will include a dispatch from your home to customer locations in order to repair residential home appliances, process transactions related to the in-home repairs, collecting payment, issuing receipts, and electronically processing repair records, customer data, and technical information via a company issued tablet or laptop. We have a fully stocked warehouse with a huge inventory supported and fulfilled by the nation s two largest appliance parts distributors. We do in-office part pre-screens and pre-orders parts for the majority of calls run by our field technicians. We are paperless and all service orders and data are done electronically.Qualifications
                          • Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen, criminal background check, and driver s license check
                            • Mechanical aptitude
                            • Must be enthusiastic and customer service focused
                              • Ability to read, write, and speak English (bi-lingual always a plus)
                                • Must be able to lift or maneuver 50 pounds and occasionally up to 125 pounds
