Cashier/Account Representative

SUMMARY Auto finance company is looking for eager, outgoing professionals to join our team! The position is entry-level and offers opportunities for growth and advancement! ESSENTIAL DUTIES Greets visitors, ascertains the nature of their business, and conducts them to the appropriate person. Answers incoming phone calls in a prompt, polite, professional manner. Accepts and posts car payments and down payments. Verifies employment, residence and personal references for new accounts. Files work, correspondence, and other records. Handles special clerical projects as instructed by either the controller or the office manager. Maintains a knowledge of basic dealership information to act as a resource for incoming callers requesting such information. Willing to work some evenings and Saturdays EXPERIENCE: Must be organized, self-directed, dependable, and flexible in this fast paced environment Excellent customer service skills Superior time management skills with demonstrated ability to successfully handle multiple projects and assignments Ability to handle sensitive situations in a mature and confidential manner Possess skillful knowledge of Microsoft Suite and use of the Internet to research and create documents and materials Cash handling experience a plus Ability to speak Spanish is a plus, but not required
