Responsibilities of the Personal Care Worker, Homemaker, or Companion role include:
-Assists with bathing, grooming, toileting, and adequate nutritional intake.
-Maintains a clean, safe, and healthy environment for the client.
-Assists clients with shopping, meal preparation, socialization activities, medication reminders, and light housekeeping tasks.
-Provides transportation.
-Documents observations, activities and care/services provided in an accurate, complete and timely manner.

Requirements of the role include:
-Must be 18 years of age
-Valid driver's license and own reliable transportation
