Job Description:

Avenica is searching for the right candidate to fill an Entry Level Sales Consultant position with a pioneering modern design products company with international acclaim. Our client is expanding and is looking for bright, motivated recent college graduates. Individuals will be trained and mentored in a variety of areas within the industry.

The Consultant will perform the necessary sales, marketing and related supporting functions as required to obtain, develop and maintain quality sales/representative accounts and to insure these accounts are within the scope of our client s manufacturing and profit objectives. Regional and international travel is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with the business to learn all functional areas and share experiences and knowledge
• Coordinate activities required in handling customer/representative accounts.
• Manage the process from beginning to end, including production, service inquiries, new designs, redesigns/reworks, etc.
• Provide accurate information for drafting
• Comply with and reinforcing safety, security and environmental policies
• Develop skills that support excellence in execution and leadership
• Gain understanding of cost drivers to develop new products
• Contribute and manage continuous improvements activities
• Provide the technological knowledge required to develop execute capital projects

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree -all majors are encouraged to apply including Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Economics, Liberal Arts, History, and more!
• Strong business acumen combined with an intellectual curiosity to learn about design, detail, product solutions, supply chain, and more
• Microsoft Suite Proficiency is required
• Customer service focus
• Open to regional and international travel
