Our client is looking for an entry level Help Desk Support Tech. This is an incredible opportunity with a leading brand in IT Support. You will be given top of the line training and work in an amazing corporate atmosphere.

Some of the responsibilities include:

-Provides friendly, courteous, and quality IT support to all users

-Respond to incoming telephone calls, voicemail, web-submissions, emails and/or chat for assistance from users experiencing problems

-Supplies Level 1 technical support assists with advanced troubleshooting for special projects

-Troubleshoots, analyzes, resolves, tracks, escalates and accurately documents various technical problems and resolutions (i.e. software, hardware and client specific applications)

Applicants should have some experience in call center or IT support environments, as well as, a strong technical aptitude.
