The employee must be able to read and interpret manuals/instructions, write supplements, and operate Body Shop specific computer-driven machinery. Must be able to effectively communicate verbally and in written form with insurance appraisers, front office Members and Managers. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE High school diploma or GED; and six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS (Including Driver's License) Operator's Driver's License (must be insurable) PHYSICAL DEMANDS The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
