Good To Be Home Care continues to grow at a rapid pace, and therefore, we are looking to hire at least twenty (20) Home Care Aides or CNAs immediately. Come join our team as we continue to grow!!

We do provide in-house training in order for you to become certified.

We are currently recruiting for positions throughout Pierce County.

Good To Be Home Care provides personal care services to help our Elderly and Disabled Adults.
We also provide care to Developmentally Disabled Children and Adults through the DDA program and Seniors and Disabled Adults through the State Aging program.

We assist our clients with maintaining their independence by remaining in their own homes. Services include assisting with personal care, transferring, ambulation, companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and a wide range of other non-medical support.

You must have experience working with Children and/or Adults with Developmental Disabilities, or Seniors and/or Disabled Adults, and/or CNA or HCA Certification, or be willing to take training and learn to be a great caregiver.

If you do not meet the training requirements for home care aides, then you must be willing to complete training within 120 days of employment and become certified before 200 days of employment.

We are hiring for twenty (20) positions in the Tacoma area/Pierce County, including Tacoma, Lakewood, NE Tacoma, Bonney Lake, Graham, Puyallup, etc.

The pay is competitive, depending on certification and experience, with benefits (no cost to the employee) - Regence Blue Shield health, dental, and vision insurance - after successful completion of probation. We do offer overtime to our employees. Raises and benefits are based on merit, certification and experience. All new employees start at $12.30 per hour until certified, or negotiable during the interview if already certified.

Must have your own dependable transportation with auto insurance in your name.

Candidates must be dependable, patient, responsible and able to pass a thorough background check, including fingerprinting, E-Verify, and pre-employment drug/alcohol testing.

Successful candidates must:
1. Be flexible and have open availability.
2. Be dependable, patient and responsible.
3. Have a Washington State Driver's license.
4. Have proof of right to work in the United States (Social Security card or right to work authorization).
5. Have your own dependable transportation.
6. Have auto insurance in your name.
7. Have experience working with Seniors or Disabled Adults and/or Children and/or Adults with Developmental Disabilities, or be a CNA or HCA Certified, or be willing to traing and learn caregiving.
8. Be able to pass a thorough background check that includes fingerprints, E-Verify, and drug/alcohol testing.

The application process takes about 1 to 1 1/2 hours and you need to bring:
1. Proof of experience or training.
2. Washington State Driver's License.
3. Social Security Card or Right To Work documentation.
4. Proof of Auto Insurance.
5. Training documentation and any other certifications applicable to this job.
