Working at Hyperion Managed Services You Will Receive: * Competitive salary based on qualifications * Bonuses * Commissions * Mileage reimbursement * Paid time off * Certification education reimbursement * Room for advancement in the company * 401k options Job Requirements: * Support all help desk duties and IT Administrator duties and projects assigned by management. * Ability to solve technical and operational problems, showing a high level of customer service and project management skills. * Working knowledge of Active Directory, GPO S, application support with Microsoft Exchange and Office products. * Understanding of Microsoft file sharing and permissions. * Troubleshoot mail flow and email connectivity issues. * Maintain, install, and support IIS, FTP, SQL, and other third party software products. * Understanding of TCP/IP subnetting. * Install and support LANs, WANs, and network segments and internet service connections. * Ensure network connectivity throughout a company s LAN/WAN infrastructure is on par with technical considerations. * Maintain the integrity of customer networks, servers, and security. * Assist with software and hardware upgrades and new installations. * Understanding of information security and ability to apply it effectively. * Ability to take charge and solve problems like server down incidents, network issues, and end user trouble. * Escalate unresolved cases to relevant support team. * Log and track calls using ticketing system. * Develop network and system support documentation. * Participate in the technical side of strategic business projects, providing expertise for decision makers. * Comply with policies and procedures as required. * Must have vehicle and clean driving record. Knowledge and Experience with the following: * Windows Server 2003/2008/2012/2016. * Microsoft Windows Small Business Server 2008/2011. * Active Directory, IIS, DNS, DHCP. * Microsoft SQL Server 2005/2008/2012/2014/2016. * Microsoft Exchange Server 2007/2010/2013/2016. * Microsoft Windows Terminal Services/Remote Desktop Services. * Firewall and security appliance setup & configuration. * Managed switch setup & configuration. * Server and workstation hardware diagnostics and repair. Education Requirements: * Bachelor s degree in Information Technology or related field. * Minimum of 3 years experience in Network Administration. * MCITP Preferred Qualifications/Experience: * CCNA Certified * Experience with ConnectWise * Experience with LabTech * Experience with Cisco firewalls * Backup Software * Wireless Network setup & configuration
