You will be part of a team of energetic and customer service focused professionals whose goal is to enhance our customers experience well after they have left one of our locations.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Guest Services Representative, you will serve as a resource for customers to share their shopping experience at General RV Center.

You will be contacting each customer via phone, whether they have purchased or not, to determine their level of satisfaction has been met. It's our goal to meet and or exceed the expectations of each customer.

During each call you will provide data in an Excel spreadsheet for management to use in analyzing customer service data. In the event of a complaint, grievance or concern you will initiate the proper procedures to immediately correct the situation. Other duties and tasks may be assigned by management

Qualifications

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

High School Diploma or Equivalent Prior customer service is highly desired You will possess strong typing skills Familiar with Microsoft Excel Able to work in a team setting in a fast-paced office setting Strong communication skills, verbal and written Ability to multitask and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner Reliable and strong work ethic. Professional appearance is a must Valid driver s license
