Job DescriptionJob Purpose: To support field & business operations by managing project implementation and providing Senior Leadership and field operations with regular progress reports.Job Traits: Project Management, Communications, Financial Analysis, Financial Management, IT, Human Resources, Vendor Relations, Supply Chain Management/Procurement.Job Responsibilities: Serves as cross-functional liaison between all departments including operations, marketing, IT, training, purchasing/supply chain, and development to ensure the successful implementation of product and campaign rollouts Analyze business metrics to identify gaps between targets and actuals, and write reports to provide actionable feedback to the field Review vendor pricing and store level purchases to identify price variances in the field Drive a project orientation within the Company Coordinate and manage compilation of all presentations for operations meetings Serves as primary point of contact for IT and systems development projects Achieves operational objectives by:
    • contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews;
    • preparing and completing action plans;
    • implementing production, productivity, quality, and Guest-service standards;
    • implementing change Takes notes in appropriate meetings, disseminates follow up information as needed, and follows up on deliverables Works on special projects, as assigned Other duties as assignedQualifications: Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times Must be able to travel locally. Must be able to work independently and meet schedules and timelines. Must have expert knowledge of MS Office Up-to-date with advancements in office gadgets and applications. Ability to prioritize and balance multiple situations simultaneously with poise under pressure. Must have high level of discretion and confidentiality Ability to cope with pressure, multiple deadlines, and working under pressure.
