Job DescriptionJob Purpose: To coordinate construction projects by acting as a liaison between subcontractors and directors. Managing all proper construction documentation and invoices. While maintaining administrative duties.Job responsibilities: Manage and track invoices. Data entry for project tracking. Acts as a liaison to management concerning bids, subcontracting, progress and delays. Contractor compliance management, ensures contractors have skills and meet performance standards for their area of specialization. Understands construction project plans and is able to coordinate teams to complete project in a timely manner. Development s interface with accounting. Create POs, Sub Contracts, and General Contracts. Meeting minutes note taker. Creates log and maintains proper construction documents. Educating sub-contractors to the Firebird Way! Conflict management and resolution between sub-contractors and directors.
  • Perform other duties as needed.Qualifications: Prior construction knowledge, required. Prior BuildPro experience, strongly desired but not required. Must have high attention to detail, excellent time management and organizational skills. Must be proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Microsoft Project. Must be computer savvy and be able to learn new software quickly. Must have a great sense of urgency in order to meet strict deadlines. Must be highly organized. Enthusiastic, self-motivated, goal oriented and dependable. Exceptional written, verbal, and listening skills. Must be a team oriented and work well in a team environment. Able to multi-task, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs.Ideal candidate will: Have strong communication skills to help facilitate conversations between contractors and directors. Be someone who can own a project from beginning to end.
