Essential Job Functions * Network Upgrades and Troubleshooting * Complete Projects and Tasks with minimal impacts and accuracy * Responds to Helpdesk tickets via e-mail and phone. * Meets and exceeds established service levels for the Help Desk. * Troubleshoots problems with computer systems, including troubleshooting hardware and software, e-mail, network and peripheral equipment problems. * Acts as a technical resource in assisting users to resolve problems with equipment & works with third party providers as required. * Determines source and nature of Network and computer malfunctions using diagnostic and application software. * Provides basic user instruction & assistance with the use of network based security, desktop applications and systems. * Performs post-resolution follow-ups to computer end-user requests to ensure customer satisfaction. * Provides technical support for system and network users. * Responsible for electronic data communication and computer integration.
