Basics * Greet all Service Drive Customers promptly * Quickly and accurately obtain all Customer and Vehicle information * Clearly complete a Service Drive Walk Around and note all symptoms from customer as well as all noticeable maintenance * Recommend to Customer both required and recommended maintenance * Prepare a clear and accurate estimate for customer with accurate timelines for completion * Monitor the progress of repairs and inform customer of additional vehicle needs as required * Follow up with Customer on progress of repairs * Verify the final invoice and inform Customer of all repairs completed * Essential Duties - Communicate effectively with our customers via Phone, Internet or Text. Check email frequently and respond to customer inquiries immediately. Maintain great CSI. Set appointments for our customers and properly outline timelines for repair. Study, learn and maintain knowledge of the Honda product line (We will train you!). Learn and maintain a thorough knowledge of Dealership policies, products and procedures. Establish personal goals that are consistent with the productivity requirements of the Dealership. Maintain a professional appearance. Qualifications - * Language Skills Ability: Read, write and understand short correspondence with our Management and employees. Read and interpret safety rules, guidelines and general business operating instructions as outlined by the Dealership. Read, type and understand proper grammar in written/typed communication. * Mathematical Skills Ability: Add, Subtract, Multiply and Divide so that you can understand, interpret and communicate Repair Orders and Manufacturer Warranty Programs. Calculate discounts, difference figures and required pricing as outlined by the manufacturers. * Reasoning Ability: Apply a common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished verbally, in writing or via electronic communication. Solve practical problems and come up with solutions to the simple challenges that occur in life.You must have and maintain a great attitude to be successful in this position. Most of our Service Advisors earn between $45,000 to $80,000 per year. Our pay structure has MASSIVE bonuses for great CSI and we are are very focused on great customer service. Certifications - Must have and maintain an in state Driver s License in good standing. You will have to pass and then maintain Manufacturer Certification. (We will help you achieve this).
