RESPONSIBILITIES: * Receive calls and set appointments for service customers * Make outgoing calls to customers to confirm service appointments, reschedule missed appointments, and follow up calls * Calculate the customer s bill using the dealership s computer system * Receive cash, checks and credit card payments from customers and record the amount received on the repair order and/or counter ticket * Make change accurately and issue receipts to customers * Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer customers to the appropriate individual for resolution * Filing (Service Repair Orders, Parts Counter Tickets) REQUIREMENTS: * Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends * Reynolds & Reynolds computer experience a plus * Excellent phone and in person communication skills * Professional personal appearance * Bilingual in English/Spanish beneficial
