Responsibilities: * Manage a high volume of customer inquiries by phone, email, text, and chat * Be available to respond to all inquiries in a professional, well-spoken manner * Be a liaison between customers and the Sales department * Assist in implementing customer campaigns and marketing projects * Must be comfortable with computers programs and smart devices * Assist in generating reports and logs * Conceptualize and understand the psychology of internet customers and work with them accordingly to set an appointment for a proper vehicle demonstration * Check email and voicemail frequently and respond to inquiries immediately * Deliver inquiries/messages intended for other sales personnel and departments promptly Requirements: * Call center experience a plus * Dealership experience preferred but not required * Excellent phone, organizational, written, and oral skills * Ability to instantly build rapport with clients with a friendly but professional demeanor * Ability to follow instructions from the Concierge Director * Must have a valid driver s license * Positive Attitude * Good verbal and written communication skills * Self-motivation and self-sufficient * Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook * Drive to succeed customer expectations Sales, Automotive, Auto Sales, Automotive Sales, Sales Representative, Sales Consultant, Sales Associate, Sales Executive, Sales Representative, Sales Rep, Sales Person, Customer Service, Retail Sales, Car Sales, New Car Sales, Experienced, Experienced Sales, Call Center, BDC, Business Development, Coordinator, Account Specialist
