Contract Clerk - EXPERIENCED NEEDED! - Full-time / Part-time

We're looking for a candidate with previous automotive dealership experience. Must have background in finance or contracts processing roles in the automotive space. WE OFFER: * Excellent medical, dental, vision options * 401k options available * Life insurance * Employee discounts RESPONSIBILITIES: * Process wholesale, used, and new car contracts and related vehicle sales documentation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness * New and used car inventory maintenance * Report (NVDR/RDR) to the manufacturer * Process and collect on Dealer trades * Collect vehicle receivables * Post lender reserves payment * Maintain gross log daily * Follow up on trade payoffs and titles on trades REQUIREMENTS: * Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. * High School Diploma. * MUST HAVE DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE * Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency. * Excellent communication skills both written and oral. * Must be willing to submit to a background check prior to employment
