Import Automotive Service Director

Fox Automotive is seeking an Import Service Director to help run a soon-to-be state-of-the-art efficient and profitable service department through productive staffing, customer retention, cost controls, achievement of objectives, and maintenance of all service records. This role will also ensure that the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers. WHAT WE OFFER: * Health & Disabilities Plans * 401(k) with Company Match * Very Competitive Compensation Plan * Paid Vacations * An Important Leadership Position within Fox Automotive Group * Friendly Working Environment RESPONSIBILITIES: * Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service * Serve as a liaison between technicians and customers * Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer * Manage and hire technicians and service advisors * Interview and make new hires * Distribute work between technicians * Prioritize required services * Ensure customer has a positive dealership experience * Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled * Spend quality time building relationships with the customers REQUIREMENTS: * Technical automotive knowledge * Import service experience preferred * Demonstrated ability to manage others * Organized and friendly personality * Dealership experience preferred * Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
