Requirements

• 1-3 years of full-service restaurant management experience
• Experienced with cultivating guest rapport through genuine engagement
• Ability to work in a systems-based, high-volume environment
• Experienced with leading teams by example as well as in a hands on\" style
• Strong knowledge of the Chicago dining scene
