The original Beatrix in River North is seeking an experienced CHEF for their kitchen brigade. We re looking for a Chef who is capable of confidently leading a large kitchen crew in a very high-volume restaurant.

3+ years of head Chef experience in a very high-volume restaurant

Experienced with operations and running systems in a busy, high-volume kitchen
