Experienced Automotive Sales Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced automotive Sales Manager to join our team. This role will participating in both desking and financing. Benefits: * BEST pay plan in the ENTIRE MARKET! * Health, dental, vision * Paid vacation * Great work environment * Progressive career path * Supportive management staff * Ongoing training and education Responsibilities: * Structures deals for maximum profitability and collectability * Accurately desks deals, submits deals to lenders for approval, makes credit decisions, and effectively closes deals * Ensures all deals are fully compliant with local, state, and federal guidelines * Maintains high customer satisfaction * Assist sales team with processing or completing sales * Assist with managing showroom floor traffic, sales team response, and close deals * Assist with tracking daily and monthly sales targets and keep team goal oriented * Trains and Supervises sales team motivates sales team Requirements: * At least one year of automotive Fnance and Sales manager experience is required * College degree preferred or equivalent experience * Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures * Professional personal appearance and excellent communication skills * Basic Microsoft Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency * Excellent verbal and written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills * Must possess the ability to close a deal * Valid driver's license
