What We Offer 3 weeks paid vacation 401k with 20% match Blue Cross/Blue Shield and dental Responsibilities Control the flow of work through the Service Department Work with Service Advisors to maintain high customer service scores Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service Serving as a liaison between technicians and customers Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer Distribute work between technicians Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled Qualifications Technical automotive knowledge Demonstrated ability to manage others Organized and friendly personality Dealership experience preferred Previous experience as a Service Advisor is a huge plus
