Sales Support Specialist will assist in the collection and distribution of information, products and packaging instructions while aiding our expert sales team in bringing exciting new opportunities to our customers. This person must be detail oriented, highly motivated, and able to multi task in a fast-paced environment. They will be working directly with our sales team, purchasing department, design department, overseas factories, and directly with our customers. Operating frequently out of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, vendor portals, and verbal communication.Does that sound like you? Essential Functions
  • Managing new client account set up while transitioning them through the process.
  • Distributing new clients important operational information to the necessary departments
  • Support the sales and design teams in creating customer accounts in the client database and maintaining updated client records
  • Creating and maintaining a current catalog of running products per customer
  • Working with customers to resolve any account related issues and questions
  • Managing spreadsheet and portal based new product set ups
  • Assists sales team and vendors with queries on pricing, material, lead times, and orders per customer while coordinating with design team
  • Communicates with the factories to ensure that samples are properly ordered and received in a timely manner
  • Facilitating product testing, and other customer specific requirements with overseas factories.
  • Ensure various resources of the sales and design team are in place
  • Corresponds with clients over the phone and via email in a timely manner
