CNA/Caregiver - Full-time / Part-time

We also strive to pair caregivers with clients living right in their own community! ***CORE QUALIFICATIONS*** -We provide in-home care 24/7, 365 days a year. -Caregiver availability needs to include every other weekend, and may require evenings. A flexible schedule is appreciated, but we will work around other jobs and/or school schedules! -Must have excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate and guide people from all walks of life. -Must have the ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times. -Must display a strong work-ethic and be able to maintain composure in all types of situations, things can get stressful at times. -Must have the ability to uphold company code of ethics which includes compassion, honesty, and integrity. -Must be able to work independently while communicating frequently, clearly, efficiently, and accurately. ***CORE RESPONSIBILITIES*** -Must be able to attend orientation, in-service training sessions, and staff meetings as scheduled. -Must be able to develop and maintain cooperative working relationships with clients, coworkers, and office staff. -Must be able to assist clients with activities of daily living. Different levels of personal cares may be required, depending on clients' needs. -Must be able to ensure client's safety and security, and report unsafe conditions to management. -Meal planning and preparation may be required. -Routine housekeeping activities such as making/changing beds, dusting, vacuuming, washing floors, cleaning kitchen and bathroom, and doing laundry may be required. -Must be able to provide companionship, which may include (but will not necessarily be limited to) social interactions, conversations, emotional reassurance, and encouragement of activities that stimulate the mind -Some clients require an escort to medical facilities, appointments, or for running errands. -Providing input and suggestions to the Care Team is encouraged! ***EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE*** -High-school diploma or GED required. -Experience a plus but NOT required. We'll provide training! -Family caregiving will be considered. ***OTHER REQUIREMENTS*** -Must have a valid driver's license. -Must have reliable transportation. -Must have appropriate auto insurance coverage. -Must have a clean motor vehicle record. -Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen. -Own a Smart Phone - Not required, but highly recommended.
