CNA/ Home Health Aid - Full-time / Part-time

Caregivers are needed to assist seniors and those recovering from illness or injury with activities of daily living such as light housekeeping, errands, and companionship. Full-time and Part-time positions are available are available Garland, Mesquite, Rockwall, Rowlett, and surrounding areas. Home Helpers provides in-home quality care for Seniors and those recuperating from illness or injury. Our caregivers make a difference in our clients' lives and enjoy the personal satisfaction of making their lives easier.
Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Home Health Aides (HHAs), and other nursing aides are also desired.

We offer flexible schedules:

Days
Evenings
Over-nights
Weekends

Duties include companionship, light housekeeping, laundry, meal prep, transportation, errands, and assistance with other activities of daily living. Benefits include competitive wages, opportunities for quarterly bonuses, on-going training, and the rewards of helping others.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Experience in home health care is not required, but is desired; compassion and a strong desire help others is a must.
Must have references and a good work history.
Must pass criminal background and driving records checks.
Must have a cell phone.
Must have your own reliable transportation, valid drivers license, and auto insurance. Your duties may require transporting clients and running errands in their car or yours.
Most importantly, caregivers must be able to communicate effectively, show a genuine interest in, and display empathy in caring for the elderly, children, and anyone recovering from an injury or illness who needs care in their homes.

Compensation:
Salary: $10.00 /hour

Required education:
High school or equivalent
