About this job

Our client, located on the outskirts of downtown Chicago, IL is looking for a Helpdesk / Technical Support representative to join their team. This position will handle internal technical /troubleshooting calls and the ideal candidate should have experience with L1 Helpdesk support issues, such as:

  • Printer Issues
  • Password Resets
  • Microsoft Suite
  • Remote Access
  • Active Directory
  • Exchange
  • Call volume of around 50/day (+/-)

Requirements:

  • 2-4 Years of Helpdesk / Technical Support Experience
  • Experience utilizing ticketing systems
  • Excellent communication and ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical users
  • Customer Service training / background preferred
  • Microsoft Suite
