About this job
Our client, located on the outskirts of downtown Chicago, IL is looking for a Helpdesk / Technical Support representative to join their team. This position will handle internal technical /troubleshooting calls and the ideal candidate should have experience with L1 Helpdesk support issues, such as:
- Printer Issues
- Password Resets
- Microsoft Suite
- Remote Access
- Active Directory
- Exchange
- Call volume of around 50/day (+/-)
Requirements:
- 2-4 Years of Helpdesk / Technical Support Experience
- Experience utilizing ticketing systems
- Excellent communication and ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical users
- Customer Service training / background preferred
- Microsoft Suite
