As a Builder Solution Specialist, you will be responsible for servicing existing accounts in the established area, developing and maintain relationships through personal contacts and other communication methods.
Other responsibilities include:

Diagnosing customer needs, compelling change and lead internal and external teams through that change as well as building strong, long-term partnerships and love the hunt.
Provide appropriate marketing material and provide required training to existing customers.
Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the products, pricing and services available through HBW New Home.
Develop working relationships with key executive officers of Home Builder Associations (HBAs) and Building Industry Associations (BIAs) in their territories.
Communicate with their immediate supervisor, and other company representatives, their ongoing sales and service needs daily or on an as-needed basis.
Understands and maintains costs within established sales budget for their established area.
Strives to achieve or exceed established sales goals.
Attends company sponsored regional and national education and training meetings.
Monitors and is knowledgeable of local, regional and national industry topics. Attends, organizes and staffs local, regional, and national industry trade exhibits and fairs as required to promote the company's products and services.
Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements

To perform this job successfully, you must have successfully sold complex conceptual services or product in a competitive marketplace.

Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or at least 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Active insurance license a plus, must obtain insurance license within first year of employment.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to develop and nurture relationships, as well as negotiate and close sales.
Basic computer skills (word, Excel, email) are required.
Salesforce.com experience, a plus
Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation
