Job DescriptionExamSoft Worldwide is seeking a driven and self-motivated Sales Support Specialist to source, qualify and build relationships with prospective customers. As part of the Inside Sales team, the Sales Support Specialist is essential to building and developing prospect relations and moving opportunities through the sales pipeline. This role works closely with outside sales representatives to demonstrate ExamSoft's value to the prospect and drive new business.Who we are:ExamSoft offers a market-leading assessment-management solution that supports the entire testing process, including exam creation, administration, delivery, scoring, and analysis.   • Develop client prospects through trade shows, networking, targeted warm calls generated from marketing campaigns and targeted emails from inside sales campaigns
  • Drive sales by understanding and articulating the company s value proposition competitive landscape and customer needs
  • Navigate institutional and large organization buying/decision-making processes
  • Pre-qualify prospects and advance them through a multistage, consultative sales process
  • Forge partnerships as necessary to bring comprehensive solutions to clients
  • Represent the company at industry events (travel > 10%)
  • Provide input into sales collateral development and sales strategies (campaigns, cadence, etc.)What you'll need to be successful:
    • Prior sales experience (1-3 years recommended)
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational habits
    • Demonstrated persuasive skills and technical aptitude
    • Strong desire to grow and advance professionally
    • Willingness to learn new technologies and best practices
    • Team player mentality and a can do attitudeWe'd also like to see:
      • Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant field of study
      • Experience using Salesforce or other CRM is a plus
      • Experience in/passion for technology or higher education is a plus
