Service Lane Assistant (Fort Wayne)

We are currently hiring a service lane assistant for our service department. You will start at 25-30 hours per week with the possibility to turn into a full time position. WE OFFER: * Loyal client base * State of the art facility * Toyota #1 Rated Brand RESPONSIBILITIES: * Greet all customers as they exit their vehicles and take them to the ASM * Place protective covers in customer vehicle * Move vehicle to either Service or Express locations * Leave keys in Express vehicles when parked * Hang all keys to Service location vehicles on the board provided in the Parts Dept. * Advise Management of any concerns in drive or work load in express * Keep clean all offices (including glass) adjacent to the Service Drive * Take out all trash in containers in Service-Drive area * Clean as needed all glass in doors opening into Service-Drive * Monitor outside areas of facility and pick up debris and sweep as needed * Assist Facility Supervisor in maintaining the Customer Lounge * Keep coffee made for customers in the Lounge * Maintain regular attendance and timeliness and adhere to daily work/break schedule as designated by management. REQUIREMENTS: * High School Diploma or equivalent * Valid driver license * Clean and professional appearance * Ability to follow instruction * Identify and implement resolutions to customer and staff needs * Excellent communication skills * Ability to multi-task NOTE: This is not necessarily an exhaustive list of responsibilities, skills, duties, requirements, efforts, or working conditions associated with this position.
