What We Offer * Health and dental benefits * 401K * Hands-on, family-oriented work environment with 25 family members involved in the group's day-to-day functions * Opportunity for career progression, not only through our store but also 6 other stores within the group * Largest Chevrolet dealership in east Tennesee providing you with endless opportunities * PTO and holidays off * Work-life balance, closed on Sundays * Paid training * Potential to earn over $100,000 * Flexible hours Responsibilities * Esablish, at the beginning of each month, a goal for the coming month * Greet and guide customer as they appear on the lot to proceed into the sales process * Assist the customers to find a vehicle that meets their needs by using the current inventory information * Enhance the sales process by demonstrating the vehicles features on the lot * Assist customers in the completion of their sales applications * Assist management to increase sales by inspecting the lot s vehicles daily, reporting any problems to management * Assist with sourcing, auctions and trade for our used vehicle inventory * Assist management in ensuring the lot is merchandised correctly to maximize sales * Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing deals * Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses. Qualifications * Previous automotive sales experience is a PLUS * Must have a clean & valid driver s license * Must be willing to submit to a drug screen prior to employment * Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday * Outgoing and friendly, especially while handling objections * Quality customer service skills and sales track record * Strong interpersonal and communications, in-person and over the phone * Persuasive and able to overcome customer objections during the sales process * Proficient in basic business math including percentages * Capable of learning and using Microsoft Office, accounting software, and proprietary sales programs * Persistent, competitive and good work ethic * Focuses on the customer s needs to enhance dealership and personal sales We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
