Mosaic is currently seeking a highly driven Retail Sales Trainer for an upcoming opportunity to work with a leading retailer. As a Trainer, you will be responsible for becoming a product expert in specified categories.

The Retail Sales Trainer will be responsible for becoming a product expert and creating awareness and advocacy through the development and delivery of training content to retail associates and managers at retail, training them on our client's product.

Responsibilities
  • Educate and train on our client's product;
  • Build strong professional relationships with all in-store personnel;
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the product of our client;
  • Support all retail outlets in assigned in geographic territory;
  • Reporting on various retailer training events including in store events; and
  • Execute in-store Sales Associates trainings.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of experience as an effective product trainer or sales specialist; and
  • Experience in the retail industry (telecom is a plus)
  • A passion for the consumer electronics and or telecommunications;
  • Experience in the retail industry (telecom is a plus);
  • Strong presentation and training skills with a proven and successful track record in a training environment;
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office;
  • Full access to reliable vehicle;
  • Must have a valid driver s license
  • This position requires that you drive on behalf of Acosta Sales & Marketing, and as such, any DUI/DWI conviction in the past 36 months will be an immediate disqualifier for this position
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Attention to detail and ability to multi task and respond to priorities.
  • Required to operate a computer using both hands; stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours in a retail environment.

All employees that are required to use their personal vehicle for business purposes are required to provide evidence of insurance and agree in writing to keep this insurance current throughout employment.
