About this job

We are looking for energetic, friendly, articulate, self-directed customer care advocates. You will answer customer's product questions, promote customer retention, and do exchanges or process returns. You'll be multi-tasking in cloud-based applications on your computer to access customer and client information resulting in resolution of customer issues. You'll be interacting with customers through a combination of e-mail, phone and chat. Your commitment to providing the best customer service will be important when representing this brand.
