Home Inspector (St. Louis)

We are exceptional at training and effectively on-boarding new team members. No previous field related experience is required. As a home inspector, you would be responsible for evaluating the major systems of a home and communicating your findings. Job Requirements: * Business minded. Strong attention to detail. * Possess strong customer service skills * Basic knowledge of residential home systems and components * Strong written and verbal communication skills. Great listening skills * Proficient computer skills * The aptitude and mental ability to problem solve * A great attitude, good presence and energy * Punctual and ability to work unsupervised * Valid driver s license and insurance * Must be able to work in various weather conditions, climb ladders, walk on roofs, access crawl space, enter attics as well as stand for long periods of time * Ability to pass all employment screenings and National Home Inspection exam * Required to authorize background and driving checks Hours: The position is 40 hours per week, approximately 8am to 5pm, and some Saturday availability is required.
