Home Inspector - Full-time / Part-time

Company vehicle, uniforms, equipment, paid vacation and all liability insurance is provided by the company. Our talented team accomplishes the home inspection process with integrity and exceptional customer service while earning the highest pay in the area for employee home inspectors. Experience and qualifications will determine starting base pay, and if you are not state licensed but have a Strong knowledge of residential home systems and components, is an opportunity to earn while you become licensed. Please be advised, our work is on the Peninsula and it is very difficult for applicants outside of our immediate area to do this job. Due to travel and traffic constraints, applicants that have to travel over a bridge or through a tunnel will not be considered. Strong attention to detail. * Understand the importance of quality and consistent customer service * Strong knowledge of residential home systems and components * Ability to participate in local marketing events or programs * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Great listening skills * Excellent computer skills and very technology friendly including iPad * Have the aptitude and mental ability to problem solve and conduct professional conversations with real estate agents and customers * A great attitude, good presence and energy * Integrity and strong work ethic. Punctual and ability to work unsupervised * Reliable transportation, valid driver s license and insurance * Must be able to work in various weather conditions, climb ladders, walk on roofs, access crawl space, enter attics as well as stand for long periods of time * Ability to pass all employment screening and technical knowledge exam * Required to authorize background and driving checks * Available to work some evenings and some Saturdays
