Perfect365 is currently seeking a rockstar Digital Sales Associate who will be responsible for driving leads and initiating new opportunities to help grow the business. This is an entry level role but a high-profile position for an assertive motivated individual seeking to fast track their sales career. Candidates must be able to hit the ground running and produce immediate results.

The work from our Digital Sales Associates is the heartbeat of our business. They initiate, qualify and drive sales opportunities to closure through various channels. They grow and nurture accounts and have a solid understanding of the internal and external nuances to achieve success. The candidate has to be comfortable working at all levels with clients and agencies.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and aggressively grow sales through prospecting, cold calls, and relationship development.
  • Qualify prospective customers by phone/email and close deals over the phone or in-person depending on customer engagement.
  • Manages day-to-day sales activities to ensure achievement of revenue goals.
  • Navigate corporate structures to identify decision makers and determine buying process
  • Perform product demonstrations to clients over web conferences or in person, as necessary
  • Builds and maintains positive relationships with Perfect365 clients/partners.
  • Maintains a sound understanding of the business goals and strategies, products, markets, customers, competitive situations and key players related to our products; makes recommendations on offerings and product improvements.
  • Travels, as needed, to customer sites and events

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1-3 years Sales Experience or B2B phone marketing
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Strong negotiation, influencing skills and an ability to persuade at all levels of an agency or client.
  • Highly effective in building and maintaining customer relationships
  • Outstanding communication skills (including email, PowerPoint/presentation development, and facilitation/meeting management) with ability to communicate at all levels
  • Ability to manage through change and work in an innovative, fast-paced environment
  • Motivated, team player, collaborative, high energy, highly disciplined and strong work ethic
